ASSESSMENT SESSION
Week 1 The landscape before we begin (approx. 45 min)
Before we step into anything, we simply meet. Together, we explore where you are right now, what has brought you here, and what you are hoping to find or return to. We clarify your intention for this journey and begin to sense what a meaningful outcome might feel like for you. We also establish how we will work together — the rhythm, the pace, and what support between sessions can look like.
Homework: A short reflective writing prompt (more details in session)

MODULE 1: The Body Knows
Understanding the Nervous System — Week 2 (approx. 90 min)
The foundation of feeling safe is understanding our nervous system and finding tools of regulation. We cannot change what we cannot see. Together we explore the autonomic nervous system — fight, flight, freeze, fawn — not as clinical concepts but as lived experience. We look at your own patterns: when do you contract, when do you go numb, when do you push through? Your body is not the problem. It is the messenger — and it has been doing its job faithfully all along.
Homework: A 7-day nervous system observation journal. (more in the session)
Finding the Right Tools — Week 3 (approx. 60 min)
There is no universal toolkit — only yours. Together, we explore what actually works for you: breathwork, movement, sound, nature, touch, stillness, creativity. We co-discover your personal regulation toolkit, and begin to shape a daily self-honouring practice that feels sustainable and genuinely yours — not another item on a to-do list.
Homework: Try a tool from your toolkit daily. Notice what shifts, even subtly.
MODULE 2: The Truth of Who You Are
Learning to Trust Yourself — Week 4 (approx. 60 min)
The greatest human fear is the unknown — so why do we refuse to know ourselves fully? Together, we explore how we get to know one another, and how much time we actually invest in getting to know ourselves. What does it mean to trust? And how would it feel to always have someone on your side whom you can fully trust — because they know you best? Self-distrust develops through conditioning, comparison, criticism, and through years of being told your instincts were wrong or too much. We begin to untangle intuition from fear, and build a practice of listening inward rather than outward.
Homework: Notice 3 moments this week where ...(more in the session)
Getting to Know Yourself — Week 5 (approx. 90 min)
Who do you think you are? Together, we look at your self-image, the beliefs you carry, and the inner narratives running quietly in the background. We explore which beliefs are truly yours — and which were handed to you. Where it feels relevant, we also look through the lens of neurodivergence or trauma*: not as a label to collect, but as a possible explanation for experiences you may have spent years trying to make sense of alone. The invitation throughout is curiosity over judgment.
Homework: Before our next session, sit with this question (more in the session)

Energy Weaving Session
Releasing Limiting Beliefs and Energetic Blockages Week 6 (approx. 60 min | in person or online)
After naming and exploring your belief landscape together in conversation, we work at a different level — energetic rather than cognitive. Energy Weaving is my own synthesis of Access Bars and Reiki: 32 points on your head are gently touched, releasing the charge held in the electromagnetic field of stored thoughts, beliefs, and conclusions, while Reiki works to release energy blockages in the body that may be showing up as emotional or even physical distress. You don't need to understand it or believe in it for it to work. You simply receive. This session creates space for what the intellectual work alone cannot always reach.
No formal homework — instead: notice what feels lighter, different, or quieter in the days that follow. There is nothing to do. Just notice.
Welcoming the Shadow — Week 7 (approx. 60 min)
The parts of ourselves we've been taught to hide don't disappear — they wait. Together we create space to look at what has been pushed into the shadows: the anger, the neediness, the wildness, the grief, the "too much." We approach this not as excavation, but as an act of self-love. Wholeness is not perfection — it is the willingness to belong to all of yourself.
Homework: Choose one quality you've long felt ashamed of or tried to hide. (more in the session)

MODULE 3: Coming Home
The Power of Taking Responsibility — Week 8, first part (approx. 45 min)
Responsibility is not burden — it is the moment we step into our power. Together we explore what it means to step into authorship of your own life: gently, without bypassing real difficulty, and without collapsing into self-blame. We look at one area where you have been waiting for something outside yourself — and explore what one small inward step might look like.
Responsibility Without Shame or Blame — Week 8, continued (approx. 45 min)
Accountability rooted in compassion is something very different from the shame spiral that keeps us small. Together we distinguish guilt from shame, explore how blame — of yourself or others — keeps you locked in place, and practice a softer form of ownership: I did this, and I am not defined by it.
Integration — Week 8, closing (approx. 45 min)
We look back at the whole journey together. What has shifted? What has opened? What do you want to carry forward, and what are you ready to lay down? We close with a ritual or reflection that feels right for you — and, if you wish, a conversation about what comes next.
No formal homework. Instead: a letter to. (more in the session)
